Add-ons
2 users are included per company on any plan; extra seats are billed per user per month. On Scale, 2 companies are included; extra companies are billed per company per month. Grow users can buy Ask Float top-up packs (50 more questions). Annual billing is 10× the monthly price — two months free.
Upgrading to Scale
Upgrading requires your business to be verified (KYB) first — the button will prompt you to complete verification in Compliance if needed. Changes take effect immediately; downgrading to Grow pauses bank connections beyond the limit (oldest first) and drops the multi-company add-on.
Billing in demo mode
If a deployment has no payment provider configured, the Plan page switches plans directly (no charge) so the flow stays demoable. Production always uses real checkout via
