These terms govern your use of Float, a cash-flow forecasting service for small businesses (United Arab Emirates edition).
Float forecasts your cash position and surfaces alerts and insights from the data you provide or connect. Forecasts are estimates, not guarantees.
Float is an information tool. It does not provide financial, investment, tax, accounting, or legal advice, and is not authorised or regulated as a financial-services firm. Any funding options shown are introductions to third parties, not offers of credit by Float. Always take professional advice before acting on a forecast.
Float never moves money, initiates payments, or holds client funds. Bank connections are read-only.
Keep your credentials secure, provide accurate data, and use the service lawfully. You are responsible for decisions you make using Float.
Paid plans are billed via Stripe on the cycle you choose. Prices exclude tax unless stated. You can manage or cancel your plan from the billing portal; changes take effect as described at checkout.
We aim for high availability but do not guarantee uninterrupted service. To the extent permitted by law, Float is not liable for indirect or consequential loss, or for decisions taken in reliance on a forecast.
You may close your account at any time. We may suspend accounts that breach these terms or applicable law.
